    -$150.. Not too bad, I thought I was up a creek without a paddle.. Good News is though, It shows in BIG numbers the DEBTS, scary when you see them. At least my 2008 plan is starting already, so can't wait to try it again this time nxt year

    I recently went to an Insurance Broker after signing up for Landlord insurance with Comm Insure.. After a bit of back and forth and recommendation, and for only a bit more $$, have switched to a new policy with CGU, supposed to be a very good policy.. Fingers crossed I won't need to use it ;)
