This is very cool. Great find:)
So guys how was the event? Worthwhile information or a bunch of peddlers?
My advice is to keep your money in your pocket and don't expect to become an expert just because you are forking out thousands of dollars to these spruikers.
Hi, I've done the course and the hard yards required to make it work. I have signed up 5 option contracts. thats the "easy part". the hard part is employing the professionals to do the required due diligence on each property.
Funnily enough Zaffar and his inexperienced team are more than willing to do a JV or put money into the deal to "help" you the student. Then they sift through deals which they may profit from then ignore struggling students.
Keep your money and go and see a good options lawyer. It will be cheaper and less frustrating.
Hi everyone,
I used a buyers agent at the end of last year to source my first IP. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Looking back the BA was happy to unload a property to me to get me off his books. Often ignoring my specifications, and showing me properties I was not interested in. My puchase was nothing special, however I had no idea about the market and was keen to buy close to my work. Bad mix,
We live and learn… I wont be using a BA again. For those who require this kind of service ask around and have a friend refer one.Cheers
AJ
Hi Mytch,
I'd certainly be keen to have a chat. So I just sent an email to you.
– Carl, if you's like to discuss options, let me know.
cheers
