I’ve lived in many suburbs of VIC, my favourites are Eltham, ( with it’s hills, fresh air & morning & evenings smells ). I also enjoy very much the area of Bellvue Hill ( it’s warm surroundings & good money for value living.)
I am 38, my first Investment was when I was 6 years old. I made lemonade from mum’s tree, this I enjoyed very much. I would then sell what I made & watch people enjoy my makings.. []
What I truly learnt from this experience is that it’s important to enjoy what you do.
Later at 15, I bought property ( vacant land ).
At 18 it became an IP, now some 20 years ( & multiple properties later ) I still feel like I am 6 years old. [:0)] ” here endth the lesson “[]
I feel a good income would be 120 – 150 K pa, but then again I have 5 children, loving partner, 2 cats, 7 children that we all sponsor, beautiful home & a wonderful little holiday shack down the coast line. Ow yaeh & a few IP’s that give me the income I feel I need.[]

Try them all, trust me on this. Just take a large folder where ever you go with the small summaries of attempts, lenders like to compare, evaluate & more importantly they love to say COME IN TAKE A SEAT.
Patience is a virtue aaronj, wait , research, take a breathe & save $$$ while ya doing so.
