I am needing help with regards to accountant-finding. What kind of information should I be considering in my search for a candidate? I need information on structuring and also knowledge about loans. Would I see an accountant about what kind of loan I need? Any help would be great. [confused]

I have recently been up the end of marmion ave and it looks to me like they have developed the land as far as marmion stretches. I also think that it does not look like it will slow anytime soon, therefore, for them to develop any further they will need to extend the road soon.
