If you buy property from prime USA property, us buyers agent, Orlando wholesale property just to name a few your still dealing with Andrew Allan. I found a great link http://www.corporationwiki.com/Unknown/Melbourne-Victoria/andrew-j-allan/36034143.aspx which helps identify corporations registered to particular individuals by searching his name in particular. You can also search via company name so if I type in my USA property LLC it’s interesting to see that Andrew is no longer the managing director? Likewise if you type in prime USA property LLC it also has his name in it. Do your research on the company you are dealing with before handing over hard earned cash and then finding out you have been taken for a ride.Looks like My USA Property is closing shop!

So: My Usa Property, US Buyers agent and My Usa Property Management all run out of the same office and I suspect Andrew Allan
heads up all of them.I have attended a number of seminars and spoken to people who have dealt with my usa property and they have all complained about
lack of service once you have bought from them, they don’t want to know you anymore. These people have also been burnt with the
properties they have bought because the homes were either dilapidated or in the wrong areas with no prospective tenants in sight.Yesterday I made a post and asked if anybody had dealt with US Buyers Agent and what their experience was like and for some reason my post got deleted? Anyway I did some research and discovered an interesting correlation between them and My Usa Property.
If you look on their respective websites you will notice that they have the same address as each other being 201 N. Magnolia Ave Orlando Florida I thought that was a bit unusual so I looked further and found the following:

From the above link you will see that the managing member of Us Buyers Agent is the one and only Andrew Allan who is the CEO of the now defunct My Usa Property!!!
So it looks like he has reinvented himself possibly due to the bad name created for My Usa Property so beware he is now trading
as Us Buyers Agent.Has anybody had any dealings with US Buyers agent before? Apparently they help international buyers purchase US properties.
Splash property group is a spin off from Carly Crutchfield's Ccorp is run by Salena Kulkani who I believe has now branched out on her own.

Hi RickH I am in the same boat as you. I am a paid up member also but I have not received any emails from the newly formed company.
I have not purchased through any other company either so I doubt you have been blacklisted.I posted on here 2 days ago stating that I had visited their Melb office on 2 separate occasions an found nobody there and for some reason my post got deleted??
I also noticed that their website no longer has Australian addresses listed, nor an Australuan contact number? It only has an Orlando address and a US contact number on their website. Check it for yourself. Given that YGWYPF received an email from a newly formed USPSA company being formed because licenses were not reviewed it sounds like either my USA property has either closed or is closing down or it has just rebranded itself with the new name? Has anybody else heard anything?
