I have had to delete several posts due to personal comments. The posts are also becoming repetitive and not really adding any value to the topic. I think forumties get the point of what is currently being said.
The conversation now needs to get back on topic looking at the merits of developing as outlined in the boot camps and other materials.

There has been a fine line tread on advertising/promotion of certain businesses in this thread. I've had to moderate some comments and probably could have moderated quite a few more. Future posts will be treated more rigorously.
I can also see that this conversation is on the way to stagnating from any real value add to the online community and would like further contributions to this thread to keep this in mind.

Hi Aussie,
This Miami (ad)Vice thread is an excellent contribution to propertyinvesting.com looking at British Buyer's journey in the USA. It covers many of the topics associated with sourcing and purchasing property and has been extremely popular with the users of the site.
It would be really good to keep this discussion to that topic.
I would suggest that your topic probably deserves a separate thread on this site. If you do this it will be much easier for our users to follow Miami (ad)VIce as well as to seperately follow the development of your contributions.

Hello,
Anyone considering purchasing something 'second hand' needs to be aware that copyright and distribution permission issues may exist, and so they should only proceed after doing their due diligence.
I would further point out that anyone making this offer and breaching copyright may be subject to legal action, and if compelled to assist, we would have to pass on their details.

We are happy for people to advertise their advocacy services, but only as a signature to genuine forum posts. Posts alerting members to products etc. that are not of a general nature will be probably be considered advertising and deleted.

Hi all.
In this thread we are starting to lose sight of some of the values that makes our forum community work so well. We need to ensure that all contributions add value and, more importantly, remain respectful of others.
Strong opinions are good and welcome but there are limits as to how we should express them in this forum. We should be aiming for 'relevant conversations' that avoid hurtful comments toward others. Let us all have our say but not to the detriment of others.

Just a reminder that posts in these forums need to be made in a respectful manner. It does noone any favours when discussions move off topic and become personal or hurtful.
Contributors to these forums are of varying levels of experience. ALL users need to feel welcome to use these forums in the way that they are intended.

I would like to see this discussion get 'back on track'. I agree with sentiments that earlier parts of the discussion 'lost its way' but that is now nearly three months ago.
There is still a valuable discussion to be had regarding "Positive Cashflow USA". So lets try and keep posts helpful and relevant and ensure that future posts add value to the discussion.

Even though this is the 'opinionated' forum it is necessary to keep in mind how best to state your opinion. It is great to have an opinion, and even a strong opinion, but it still needs to be communicated in a respectful manner.
Additionally, people who read and contribute to these forums have various levels of experience and knowledge and have different approaches to growing these. Please be mindful to avoid opinionating in a way that other people may feel ridiculed, intimidated or hurt.
Your help in this is greatly appreciated.

Several posts in the above forum have lacked the quality of tone that is expected for this site. Posts on this site should always maintain a respectful and helpful tone. There is no reason why a strong and robust discussion can't be had in this way. Let's all stick to the discussion in a way that is pleasant for all to be involved with.
