Hi John,
Thanks for your comment. I have forwarded the information to admin.
Thank you for the detail so far but is there any further detail you can add?
Below is an extract from sub forum sticky re: reporting problems < https://www.propertyinvesting.com/topic/4372433-before-you-post-re-reporting-problems/ >
<snip>
So when making your post, detail is the key – where you encountered the problem, exactly what the problem was, any error messages which appeared and what you were doing immediately before the problem appeared – these details are crucial. URL’s (ie http://..etc) also help.Your Browser version as well as your Javascript and Cookies settings also help for some problems if you know where to find this problem.
<end>Thanks for your assistance.

Hi Greg,
Typically people are selling second hand books and old course material. I think this is the main intent.
Needs to be genuine second hand sales (not commercial reselling). Copyright requirements need to be followed as per above.
If you are concerned about an item you want to list please PM with the details and I can help you further.
Sincerely,

Hi Gypsigyrl,
Information for posting to pi.com’s buys swap & sell sub forum can be found here https://www.propertyinvesting.com/topic/4405587-posts-in-this-forum/
If you are still concerned regarding your post the best thing to do is to make a reply to the original listing saying the items are no longer for sale.

Hi yuley,
Thanks for clarifying your comment. It makes sense and it is how I understand the site to operate currently. I have forwarded the information to the web/development team.

Hi yuley,
Can you provide a little bit more detail?

Hi,
The post has been removed.

I've removed several comments as they did not add any value to the thread. It also seemed pointless to me to get personal.
Before posting it's important to consider whether the contribution will be constructive and whether it will be respectful. If not, it's better not to post it.

Whilst there is undoubtedly interest in some of the by play it's probably time for the thread to get back on topic. Thanks all.

AJMA wrote:Is it not common practice posting the same questions on different forums? It's my first time using these forums.
I haven't had many responses and just wanted to hear what other people's opinions are, or what they would do in my situation. The more feedback the better but if this question isn't suited for a forum, I'm happy to delete it.
AJMA, let me firstly say welcome to the world of forums, and more specifically to propertyinvesting.com! It's great that you have taken the time to join our online community.
The propertyinvesting.com forum is all about learning and support for those taking on the journey of property investing. Asking about loan structures is totally suited to the forum. We're glad to have you on board and hope you enjoy your time with us.

I have deleted several posts from this thread. I think parts of the discussion were beginning to go in circles and weren't adding value to the thread or the forums. Please ensure any new comments add real value to the discussion and even more importantly further it in a respectful manner. In this instance I think we can do more to leave a footprint on this site that we can be proud of as an online community.

I have to admit that there is a great sense of humour amongst our members here. However, if we could keep the site problems / feedback sub forum threads pretty strictly on topic that would be greatly appreciated. This will help our IT and Admin staff to have quick and easy access to information they may need. Thanks for your help on this.

I have removed several posts from this thread to keep it back on track. Some things that one group of people find funny others find hurtful. It is important that all users of the site are shown respect in regards to the material that is published.
I think we can do better at leaving a footprint on the forum that we can be respected for.

Hi,
This thread seems to have wandered off topic a little by talking about meet ups. Consequently, I have deleted a number of comments.
To keep the integrity of this thread for the original poster I think it's only fair to start a separate thread regarding meet ups, skype conferences, etc. where that conversation can be resumed.
Thanks for your help.

I have had to delete several more posts to keep this discussion on topic.
Additionally, when commenting on posts it is important to remember that people on our forums come from varying philosophies of investing and have different backgrounds and levels of experience when it comes to investing. They are all equally entitled to have their say and be respected for it. If you disagree, say so but keep the tone courteous and respectful. Abuse and comments of a personal nature are not welcome on this site.

Hi Ray.
Welcome to the forums and congratulations on earning your buiilders licence.
I have moved your post to the Finance forum. I think you are more likely to receive some answers to your queries here than in the help needed forum.
Good luck.

Hi antandmel.
Thanks for your follow up post. Just for clarification on advertising – posts alerting members to products and services (including homes for sale etc.) that are not of a general nature, and that don't add value to a thread, will probably be considered advertising and deleted.

I have had to edit and delete quite a number of posts from this thread today. Please ensure that future posts avoid perosnal abuse towards other users and that comments about the character and motivation of people are not canvassed.
Future posts should be limited to commenting about the merit of the property techniques or courses being used.
Many thanks for your help in keeping this thread on track.
