My Tip would have to be ‘Do Not Give Up’ the only difference between you and successful investors is they kept looking. For every failed deal you experiance look at it as a posative as you are one step closer to a successful deal.

I certainly would not have given him the $5K as suggested by Tegan, however I also believe TerryW is not developing a good relationship for future deals with the agent. Reading these comments make one thing clear- every area, ie every council requires different information, different charges and different time frame. We have had an application with council for nearly 12 months, they keep asking for additioanl info- even as much as an areial shot and sound survey.
