    What a great idea!

    I have recently moved to Perth and I work in the property management industry. I’m very interested to hear peoples stories on their experiences in this field.
    I’m also on the look out for my second IP, I’m still very green on the finance side of these things and am looking for ideas and options.

    I hope to be there on Tuesday and looking forward to meeting some of the forum members.

    I’m in the Kalamunda area (very good capital growth and investment) If you are seeking investment in this area I’d be more than happy to offer any assistance or answer queries you may have.
    And the same applies to anyone, if you have any tenancy/rental queries i’d be more than happy to assist in them if i can.

    Hi All

    I’ve read all of the profiles posted and you all sound like great people. Initially I figured all here would be uni grads or high flying financiers, but far from it (I will fit in well ! [:D])
    I’m living in Perth and am both a tenant and a landlord. It’s good to see the ‘otherside’ and for my work it has been a huge learning curve. (I’m a Property Manager!) so I now see things from both perspectives.
    Full time working with one child at home I’m now looking to buy another IP.
    There doesn’t seem to be anybody from Perth here, so I shall consider myself the ‘western link’….. (or the missing link, depending on the mood i’m in [:)])
    In anticipation of the learned knowledge I am going to gain from this site and very much looking forward to getting to know you all.

    Hi Cocopops and everyone else [:D]

    I’m also solo, working full time with 1 child at home and have one IP (former home). I’m finding all this reading very, very interesting. I’m currently looking for another home to invest in but it’s all a bit daunting. It’s hard to know which way to go. But thanks to this forum and site, i’m becoming more informed by the minute!
