Research, google, googleearth, maps make buying unseen a lot easier. Speak to plenty of real estate agents and property managers and ask them heaps of questions – some may be honest, some aren't. The more research you do the better decision you'll make. Linda
Brilliant, very inspiring. Thanks for sharing Martin. I was involved in a fairly minor motor vehicle accident 18 months ago. As a result I've had constant pain and haven't slept well during this period. My life has not been easy during this period as your brain suffers heaps if your not sleeping although I am remaining positive and I'm sur…[Read more]
I researched Frankston over the internet a bit 6 months ago and it looks like it has heaps more growth potential to me. Any projects similar to this in WA sent prices skyrocketing and the growth is continuing.
Hi Pendo, are you looking for specifically waterfront or will 360 views a few streets back be Ok . I know of one that may have potential. Price is around $1mill.What is your price bracket? I've found some blocks around $300k also.
Hi guys,By clicking the Active Topics "More Topics" link it will show all topics sorted by the last post date. If you want to sort by topic creation date, simply click the row heading "Created" twice. I'm not sure which is the preferred option, or if we should just make a seperate page for both sort methods.Maybe we should take a vote? -…[Read more]
I've seen it at a daycare centre. At first I thought it was realiy lush grass. I think it's pretty good and if my husband had of let me have it at our house I would have used it for my backyard. Linda
It's a very bad reality tv show. There's about 20 people locked up in a house on the Gold Coast for about 3 months with no outside contact. Viewers vote people off and the last person wins about a million dollars. You could probably google it. I suppose the producers would get sued if they did it in America. Linda
I'm not sure which state you're in but it's all supply and demand. If govt supplies too much or too little it makes an impact. In Perth I know there is quite a few plans to make more affordable land/housing in the outskirts. If your concerned about values invest as close to the city as possible where land is in short supply. One of the ups…[Read more]
Excellent article. Thanks for sharing Marc. I agree with all the comments. I was surprised though about the prediction of Perth having a huge oversupply in housing stocks in 2009. Something to think about…… Linda
Active topics is desperately needed. If volume was a problem before, would it be possible to set up different websites for different topics eg. propertyinvestinghelpneeded.com; propertyinvestingfinance.com; and bring back the old format??? Would that work cause this systen is really useless. No offence to anyone, constructive critisism. Linda
Turtle, I think every profession in Perth is earning heaps more than Brisbane (no offence to anyone but it's a fact that wages are higher). I made the move 8 years ago. I gues that's why property boomed so much. Just about every second person I know is working for mining companies and earning big $$$$. I've met a few guys in early 20's ear…[Read more]
There's still some hope for Perth! There's another wave happening in Bassendean. Properties are selling within a few days in some cases. There is virtually nothing to rent as well. A couple of my friends have actually purchased new houses to live in while they demolish there existing houses and build as there are not enough rentals and the…[Read more]
