I researched Frankston over the internet a bit 6 months ago and it looks like it has heaps more growth potential to me.  Any projects similar to this in WA sent prices skyrocketing and the growth is continuing.

I've seen it at a daycare centre.   At first I thought it was realiy lush grass.  I think it's pretty good and if my husband had of let me have it at our house I would have used it for my backyard.  Linda

It's a very  bad reality tv show.  There's about 20 people locked up in a house on the Gold Coast for about 3 months with no outside contact.  Viewers vote people off and the last person wins about a million dollars.  You could probably google it.  I suppose the producers would get sued if they did it in America.  Linda
