I'm of the same opinion as Steve. Of course the market could go backwards or crash. However the likelyhood of it happening is a difficult thing to determine. Just a little feedback. I'm 62. My wife is retired. Our income is 60k. Our income never exceeded 90k. We have 5 properties. Just 7 years ago we had 1 property and a 30k mortgage.
