I think the returns are very good. prices are up 120-150% in the last 10 years all whilst yields are 7-8% so basically the gains came free.

I bougth a townhouse in WA two years ago and I have still never seen the place and it doubled in value. You get lucky sometimes……….BUT I was failry worried

I know a place for sale today with a 3 year lease in place rented for $350/week and cost is $149K. Interetsed email me and I will take a spotters fee of $500 [email protected]

You are living in USA I take it ?
What are the “better” areas in the USA that are still cashflow positive ? There seem to be a few in New York State. Can you get postive yields say 10%-12% in Texas for example

I have a villa in Kalgoorlie and is returning 12% yield, I don’t think thats too bad…There are heaps like this

I have a question for you, what are the good websites to view property in California ? Why did you not invest in california ? What are yields and growth like there ?
