    Thanks heaps for the replies guys. I’ve been a bit tied up since posting that question but it has given me much to think about? At present I’ m tied into a partnership and while we have done some small development and intend to continue moving forward, it would certainly be advantageous knowing how? This has certainly got the ball rolling. Thanks again.

    340mm is ok if you’ve got a room around the house for the water to run away to the street or easement or a neighbors yard? Of course it wont be ok if its gonna pool around your front or backdoors and enter into your home. Alternatively you could always lift your house at some expense but if you were to do that you would probably want to lift it high enough to put another floor level in and then some..(like another 300mm) then it would be no problem.
