Thanks heaps for the replies guys. I’ve been a bit tied up since posting that question but it has given me much to think about? At present I’ m tied into a partnership and while we have done some small development and intend to continue moving forward, it would certainly be advantageous knowing how? 340mm is ok if you’ve got a room around the house for the water to run away to the street or easement or a neighbors yard? Of course it wont be ok if its gonna pool around your front or backdoors and enter into your home.
