    mmmmmmmmmmmm…. well i think 100k on the stock market 200k to pay for house…. and then look for comm retail property within 2 hrs from briz..300k
    now the challenge to find a good deal

    i as situated in brisbane qld …currently live in the city…renting…
    going south this weekend to check out some regional centers… looking at cheap places round 60k to 90k…. leaving friday …
