Havnt Done that myself as yet… Or I can just go on the hunt for properties myself but the lack of experience in doing one is holding me back as i wouldnt know how to speak with vendors properly etc. Anyone here like to help me out with that?

I live in Tassie and i wouldnt bother about investing in places like queenstown.. I would look more in the Norther suberbs of hobart e.g glenorchy, moonah, west moonah, claremont as you can get some good returns there or even go to launceston area..

You will need to say you live there I think most states you have to live there for atleast 6 months to a year before you can rent it out or sell it.

Good point I will work something out for that as oneday I will be 30 myself maybe I can start a Club for Everyone aswell and have a Meeting with the under 30’s seperate for a discussion on how to get started and what other people under 30 are doing etc.

You can Rent the land out for horses just need to fence it off in blocks and you can rent it out for $20 a horse pew week there are plenty of people looking for good land to put horses on. Most people that own horses have about 2+ so if you can find 20 horses that will generate around $400 a week.
