Hi Guys,
I am just about to purchase one of these Tambrey Apartments as I work nearby and considered then to be a good buy, my first investment property also. Thought I would search the forums here to see if anything relevant and suprised to see the actual development, a little concerned now after reading comments. Would be very interested to know what you paid for them if different to the current price, I might try and negotiate some if they are struggling trouble.
