I totally agree with you about the risk of the down dying etc.. But it just seems so hard to achieve quality yields if you don’t go near these towns.

I agree with mortgage advisor. I live at home, have no property, just getting started, not a developer, builder, or author. However does this mean i am not welcome here? True lawyers make good money. But do i really want to be working all the time? Would much rather be able to travel the world. Unfortunately it does take a while for lawyers to earn good money. Straight out of uni, if you can get a job, they start you only on around 40k.Its all about a 10 year plan.
