Two blondes had just been shopping. They walked outside of the store and back to the car. The blond trying to unlock the drivers side dorr says “this really hard to unlock this door. The other blond replies “Hurry up its starting to rain and the roof is down.”

I have also read a fair few property investing books. But Steve’s books is the only one that is spelt out in english, if u get what i mean. It is almot like the other authors of these books are only righting the books to make money off them, not worrying whether the reader understands or not. Whereas Steve’s book explains everything in th finest detils.
Thats my 2 cents.

I would have to say it is Ballina because there has only recently been a fairly large increase in commercial buildings

I thought u might like to know that Steve has done an extra chapter on the exact question that u ask, i have read his book “from 0 -130…” but i havn’t had a chance to read this extra chapter. Damn it, i thought i still had the adress to download it from, its an acrobat file, and i think i got the link from an email. U have to download acrobat reader first from http://www.download.com, and then u can view it after u download it from https://www.propertyinvesting.com/bonuschapter
