Alexander i noticed you were asking about the 11 second rule. If you have not bought your first IP yet or have a few, then i could highly recommend the ‘Buyer Beware’ package that Steve has put together. The 11 second rule is a quick reference to see if it is going to be positive cash flow, but there is a lot more to finding if it is going to be positive cash flow. It has templates and Steve explains in great detail of how to use them.

This meeting idea is just what us Newbies need. I graduate in a weeks time, but I am very interested in property investing. I have read a heap of books on investing, but Steve’s has been the most informative. I am having a year off next year and then doing a Bachelor of Business at Griffith Uni on the Gold Coast. I have the money to look at about two IP. Is there anyone on the Gold Coast or mabye brisbane who is interested in the meeting idea.

All i can, from reading the investment books that i have read, the majority of “succesful” investors are only writting the books to make more money. I must commend Steve for his excelent book on property where he actually explains the methods.
From how i see it, your some person sitting on here with no life trying to gain some sort of ranking within these forums. If your that serious about property investing then you would have ingnored my threads, i posted them for the people who have some sort of sense of humor.
