So my a-ha moments from the weekend are:
• The underlying messages throughout the weekend on never giving up from all the speakers, especially your humbling words throughout all sessions!
• “Who is my team” moment from Daniel Flynn, I adjusted this slightly to “Who is really on My/Our Team”?

• You providing me with a refresher on the Six Traits of the Professional Investor – Point number 2 Maximise my momentum
• Brendon Nichols – Structures especially the Survival and Motivational Dream sequence…controlling ones emotions at the right time and right place to maximise the full delivery effect.
• Your negotiation strategies, especially on the commercial properties in particular. Start with a common consensus/agreement, simple but so effective and I have never been taught this before! Commercial Property is where my/our deal profile would like to head once my training (especially due diligence) is robust enough to jump in.
