Where I work, we dont list with Baycorp unless we have your full name, DOB & Drivers License number.

For the Australian Investor, the figures sound good at 177,145.25 AUD.

Another good thing about NZ is that there is no CGT or Stamp Duty I beleive. And a depreciation rate almost double that of OZ.
