Yeh those public housing flats are still behind the shops along the beach. I walk past there twice a day and haven't really seen anything unpleasant. Prime land though….The surf lifesaving club building is fantastic. Also, the train station is being upgraded to a manned station

We used bamboo as it is very tough, but at the expensive end of options approx $90sqm.in our PPOR. We have original boards in our IP.Our office break out room has the lino that looks like boards and it is holding up really well – I think that would be a better option for an IP
