What is the zoning on the property? Is it RSD (roadside mail delivery?). Is the road shire or state owned? I would say it is possible if your willing to pay for the work?

Ah I know the ones – used to be a large motel complex. There seems to have been no action there in developing for a long time.They seem good value and probably walking distance to town/train
