    Hi Vinh,

    We already knew several agents through other things, so had a fair idea of how they operated. In other areas we are now developing relationships with the”unknown quantity” <grin>.

    This takes time – which is the best thing that I can offer you (& lots of coffee!). I would call this strategy “Relationship Marketing”

    What sort of strategies do other people use?

    Hello Leigh!

    My understanding of the issue is that you can move / pull out any walls that are not structural. A structural wall is one that is supporting the roof.

    To clarify: if you remove a wall that is supporting the roof, and the roofline subsequently changes then you need to submit plans for building approval. Planning approval may also need to be sought if the use of the building changes, ie A single family house changed to two units.

    If in doubt, contact your local council or shire.
