    Thanks, so what neighbourhoods make sense to invest in? Is Bridgetown a good investment? I am not exactly sure what West Aussies deem as an acceptable distance to travel since the point you make about a good location would make me want to check Augusta or Margaret River out too.
    Thoughts?

    This kind of went on the back-burner but I am getting active again.

    Did the Elan Legal guys help with the entire end to end process? I am assuming you had to visit Australia at some time?
    Also would be great to understand their payment structure i.e. what I should expect?

    Thanks Adam for starting such a valuable thread and the rest for contributing so heavily !

    Do you guys have a particular preference of units vs houses when you look for CF+ deals?

    I've used Adam's advice and narrowed down to an area in Western Sydney where I see potential CF+ deals, but wondering if I should target units rather than houses .. ?
