lawcentral allows you to create the documents, but you still have to register the company by hand.
http://www.cleardocs.com on the other hand, actually allows you to register the company over the web electronically – so you can I have the company registered in a matter of minutes!
I tried it … and it works too [biggrin]
Good luck with it
HI All
Just wanted to confirm what TerryW said – I used http://www.cleardocs.com to create both a Trust and a Company, and it was really simple and very cost effective.
All their Trusts are only $137.50, and the company was $937.50. You can even lodge the conmpany electronically, online – so you get everything straight away (which I don’t think incorporator.com can do).
You needed to have a little bit of knowledge, but if you dig around on this site for while, you should have more than enough info.
Just thought I’d feed that back.

Hi Steve and Lucifer – thanks for the responses … although I find them a bit curious.
I have used Shelcom, as well as many other ‘shelf company’ providers, and they’re just a bog-standard shelf company site. Same as all the rest. They don’t really allow you to do any ‘tailoring’ at all. To be honest, I’m pretty pissed-off paying $300 for a standard Discretionary Trust from these guys.
I was interested in http://www.cleardocs.com because I looked through what they offer, and it seems to be genuinely different. The service is much more tailored, it’s all online, it’s quick. The documents are signed-off by a top-twenty law firm (Maddocks) – which is a bit more impressive than most shelf company services.
PLUS, Shelcom and all the others charge about $200 more for the Company + Trust … and for that kind of money I want more than lollies! Sorry.
After reading these responses, I read some other threads on this site from TerryW about http://www.cleardocs.com and he seemed pretty impressed. Has anyone else tried them?
