lawcentral allows you to create the documents, but you still have to register the company by hand.
http://www.cleardocs.com on the other hand, actually allows you to register the company over the web electronically – so you can I have the company registered in a matter of minutes!
I tried it … and it works too [biggrin]

Just wanted to confirm what TerryW said – I used http://www.cleardocs.com to create both a Trust and a Company, and it was really simple and very cost effective.
