Hi guys

currently have 1/3 ownership of property in WA valued at 1.8 mil

1/3 owned by my Dad and the other 1/3 my brother owned as tenants in common if I buy 99%  (therefore keeping him on the land title)of my dads share will it trigger stamp duty and capital gains
