My husband and I have had an IP for 16 years, we paid $80 Or $85K (not sure which). Due to tenant problems we are considering selling, we are pensioners and are concerned how much tax we will have to pay if we sell.

Hi All
I have owned a town house at Runaway Bay QLD for 16 years and have always used the complex manager as my property manager, however for the past 6 months they have become a nightmare, not answering emails, not keeping me in the loop, last tenant stopped paying rent and damaged unit and the current tenant is nearly 4 weeks behind in rent.
