why not check with the QMBA or BSA …Perry Homes will be members of both of these institutions… you can ask them about complaints made against the builder, check the builder is financially secure, whether there are any legal problems… etc etc…

maybe also speak to a private certifier in your area if you don't want to speak to your local council…. they can probably do all the necessary paperwork for you also
