    Hi, Sorry, I am a newb, what is PPOR or IP?

    IP = Investment Property? My one is not.

    sounds like a tough job, why do they do cold call and door to door? ask a stranger if they want to sell or buy a property?

    Does the company pay the advertising fee? such as ads online, newspaper, letterbox etc?

      How do they operate independently?

      Do they wait in office, publish information online, waiting ppl to call/email to sell or buy property?
