    Hey mate,
       
      I'm a Carpenter and my opinion is to rip up the replacement boards and try to find something similar from the wreckers, than re polish the whole floor. but at the end of the day it is very unlikely to match perfectly this will just hopefully blend in a bit better.

    also stain a small off cut of the boards u get before u put them down to make sure u got a close match or u will be back where you started.

    Hey Erik,

    Im not sure of a good property manager yet, but I would stay away from Ferry.

    They have caused me a lot of problems. Beware!
