As a side note, JacM, as a tenant… I absolutely prefer the inbuilt cooktops and under-bench ovenIt looks so much nicer and gives a more modern feel. Perhaps if it would help I could post pictures of how our new kitchen looks (also a 2 bedroom apartment) and how it makes the place look much better?
I'm no investor but I have rented for 4 years now in several properties…Every single one that I have been in – excluding my current (renovated kitchen due to flood damage from 2011 floods), had that exact same freestanding oven.Most recently I have lived in a 4 bedroom house and also 2xtwo bedroom house/apartments.Hope this helps mate.LPG.
