    Hi K

    I did go with SBS. I went into see Gerard van Paassen, and he was absolutely perfect, exactly what we were after. He knows every in and out there is for taxes and trusts, companies and work arounds. He has a very specialised knowledge on property investment, and has been able to give me very detailed answers to every quesiton I've thrown his way. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

    I'm not sure if this is what you're after, but the Urban Development Institute runs courses for beginners on property development.. anything from a single house/subdivide/small apartment complex, etc. It's not cheap, but they are meant to be fantastic.
