Hi everyone, I recently bought my first property in Nowra. Its a small 2 bedroom house with an added sunroom. It needs to be renovated. It has a double garage with its own toilet, shower and laundry tub. I would like to use the garage as a holiday place for myself and rent the house separately. What do I need to consider to make this possible? View
