    returning
    $200 rent per week

    http://www.realestate.com.au.

    These reports arent free. It would be so expensive if I needed to research a few suburbs at a time….

    Is there any alternatives… Im looking at Melbourne suburbs.

    I think that I should get my budget right first. Then, look for properties that are +ve cashflow. If I spotted one, how do I go about researching the town or area.
