    My accounting practice is based in Croydon, Victoria.  I have personally been in the invesment property market since 2001 and have numerous clients that own properties either as individuals or in trusts.  I would be happy to take on new clients.

    You perhaps could also consider locking the interest rate in for a fixed period and thereby increasing the return. Keep in mind also that the rent will go up in time too.
