    Dulux Bone white (off master palate) as I believe there are 2 so you need to say Off master palate.We copied this from a very large  tasteful unit block in Brissy Riverfront. (in laws owned one).     does put some people off when selling.

    We found Cam Brown auctions (advert in paper every sat) really good for toilets, kitchens ,vanities etc.

    I put vinyl wrap doors in last house and within 6 months the overhead cupboards -above the toaster and jug- were , well the vinyle shrank.

    Luckily we had a great cabinetmaker who came back a year after he did the job, to make sure we were happy.He had the doors replaced.

    Unfortunately it happened again.

    Q.1 iff you want a 10% return say you buy a house for $200,000 the rent needs to be $400 a week.if house is $100 K then the rent needs to be $200 per week. Double it .
