    Luckyone,

Who will be managing the carspace?

Has this got to do with investment strategies or investment related thinking?

    If not, please remove it.

Anyway, Arty is right. We are here to seek FREEDOM!!!

My family and friends keep on telling how much money Doctors make……. so far I haven’t seen any of it. Nurses get paid more than me!!

    Hey Bandit,

    Are you a specialist?
GPs are needed everywhere isn’t it?
You should be quite cashed up.

    Hi

(This is my first forum post)
Must be an IT thing, also in IT! (and doing law part time so go for it Lawry)

My thoughts so far – think people are going a bit crazy esp ones who buy places sight unseen…looked at some in the country that seemed fabulous online but turned out to be complete bulldoze jobs! The agent was saying he refuses to sell to people who wont look at them first!

I live in Dundas and would love to chat about you with your Dundas Valley townhouses development.

Im a TV Producer with a pashion for property!

Ive been investing in property for a few years, but because it was mainly on a negative gearing basis Ive been wondering until recently how I was ever supposed to stop working and reep the rewards!

Now im focussed – Cashflow positive property. Ive sold off almost all of the neg. ones!

Ive also been doing some more active property investing (small scale developing) as it’s the easiest way Ive found to extract $ from property in the Sydney market. Im current project is 6 townhouses on 2 blocks in the Dundas Valley.

Great to hear all your stories!
I havent been a ‘net forum’ person but this one is terrific.

    Regards,
    Tim Barrett

We can try bargaining down, then raise rents.

great stuff. we will always need RE agents with integrity. If you bring this into your career, you’ll win over many investors and buyers of course.

    Happy studying.

    Hey Jay,

We are all here to encourage each other. Welcome to this forum. Surely, the feeling of having financial independence is greater than the feeling of owning a toyota. I have one and am trying to pay it off quickly.
(A mistake in hindsight but it gave me no headaches)

    Cool!

Arty, I think it’s really good to read about what people do. RE investing is no longer exclusive to rich and famous.

We have the power to make thigns happen!

Thanks R.K, S.McKnight and other awesome authors and investors.

    Luckyone,

No. But have you heard of Onsite?
They do the same thing too and even advertise a high rental than the purchase prices.

    BB,

Get a life and keep driving your taxi. [:(!]

There’s no one perfect road to investing. If one makes mistakes, learn from it. You aren’t being encouraging and spat rubbish all over this forum.

Administrator: If BB does kick up that mood of his, I reckon you should just ban him for his conduct.

    Happy investing. [^]

    I agree with McKnight.

You never know who might sue McKnight for breach of privacy…

Well…I suggest you read as many, as diverse as possible. Borrow them from the library. Don’t forget about magazines on investment etc.

Read the papers daily and talk to people who are like-minded when it comes to investing.
