If you can afford the extra cost ceramic glass cook top is probably hard to beat. I've had 2 tenants inexplicably chip large chunks form the top of the white ceramic. Instantly noticeable to the next tenant. You can probably repair or recoat but I couldn't be bothered.

Muswellbrook is steaming ahead. The rents are huge as is the demand. Wish I had more there. I agree with Scott… the mining companies aren't going to slow production while the demand and price is there. They might sell up and start producing solar panels…….ha ha.

Hi N, check this link out if your in NSW. Interesting reading under the NSW State Gov Affordable Housing scheme. Local Councils cant argue the toss as long as you comply. Hey Davebeth.. you would get $450 tomorrow for a 4 bedder in Eastbrook estate. ( we own one there) However once yours is finished…..We havent needed to furnish ours, its never empty long enough.

We built a 4B, IP in Muswellbrook a few years ago. It's never been empty and the rent has risen very rapidly. Wish I had a couple more……
