This is making wonder if it actually exists, particularly because he was stuttering and coughing…Of course he is not obligated to send it..What would you make of this (if anything)?

Hi Free@last,I will be using the equity from my home to invest – cross collateralisation. I have spoken to a broker, however he's sugguested that this is not the best option. Rather this implied that having an individual structure will be best…im curious if he's sugguesting this becasue of possible commissions etc..Cheers!
