Yes that would help – I live in Baulkham Hills (north-west Sydney) but work in the CBD of Sydney and also at Bondi Junction so I can get anywhere within the city. Thanks.

Hello Bubbles,
You will find people who are willing to tell you anything and everything about property investing here in these forums, but no-one will tell you about which areas to buy in, <sarcasm>they can’t give away the location of their goldmines</sarcasm>, not even a general idea.

Positive Cashflow property has always been hard. I am yet to find one. I’m not calling the people who say they have found them liars, but they can’t be using the internet to search because I have searched top to bottom of both the bigh internet real estate web sites (www.realestate.com.au and http://www.domain.com.au) several times over the last few months and using the 11 second rule – there isn’t one to be found[][?][]
