    Hi folks,

Are there any lenders that have favourable serviceability views when it comes to Parental leave? My wife is on 12-months leave from work, and with our income now halved, feel like all the major lenders don’t want anything to do with re-financing or/and pre-approvals.

Admittedly we were already ‘maxed out’ with IP’s, but surely there’s…[Read more]

    Hi All,

Was hoping for direction on where to find companies/buyers who buy group blocks and then re-sell onto buyers?

Have bought a couple in VIC (through Advantage Property), so was hoping to see if anyone else uses similar strategy interstate (or even other business in Vic)

    Thanks

Frank Valentic – Advantage Property (VIC based)
Bought a couple ‘group block’ properties, which is a strategy where the whole block of units/apartment is bought in bulk (cheaper then there individual value) and later subdivided and fully externally renovated – adding quick value and…[Read more]

    Thanks Terry,

Thought that may have been the case. Is there any ‘legal’ loop holes to explore?

    Hi Folks,

Am hoping for a cheeky suggestion if about to Re-financing a current IP, drawing the IP equity to then pay off the loan of the PPOR whilst keeping the equity draw from the IP tax deductible?

I have heard an option that once equity is drawn to place it into another IP Offset account, and then from there to transfer the funds into the…[Read more]
