I am rather surprised the process is still going, this would have been almost 12 months since you started (reading the first post)? Came to find out about the 100% guarantee sub division. Are they quoting "fixed" price? I was a bit skeptical, but I am still exploring the various options at the moment.Hope you get the approval soon.
