thanks for your advice..The bank will give us 90% loan just didnt know whether to procede with having to pay LMI.If I redrew equity in my PPOR, how do I go about doing that? Agree not to cross collateralise.

thanks V8ghia, I am new to the game and am finding this forum etc very interesting and helpful.Assume we didnt refinance or utitlise the equity in our current mortgage – PPOR. Is there any other way we could finance without a cash deposit seeing we are getting for less than market value and would have equity as soon as we purchased?
