    Hi Bill

    have just bought 3 properties in Rocky QLD
    Have 4 in ipswich & 1 on the Sunshine Coast.Any advice on direction for me to take would be helpful regards dave

    HI try Rockhampton QLD I picked up

    houses 60k 120pw rent triplex 185k 330pw rent

    house 80k 150pw rent

    Well Ive done well with 10 percenters. Id like to help with areas to try $85000 with 145pw
    is ok. up in Qld 72k with 135pw in Rockhampton.

    I own 9 properties so im not just theory…

    mate with POS+ geared at least you can ride it out

    [spent a few days we bought 10 houses& a block of units we asked & stayes away from flood

    realestates were good try Ashley at Prime properties

    just know where and when to buy and sellin at the right time will continue your property portfolio
