Hey Joe. (ahhh love hendrix!)
I have played Cashflow 101 a few times.
It’s quite good, although a fair investment for the price, so I was a little unsure. However the truth is it gets your brain thinking and used to “seeing” deals and how the numbers work.
One of my favorite sayings is “You become what you think”, so the more you think about +cashflow investments the more likely you are to take action and become a +cashflow investor.
If your still not sure, check the richdad site for cashflow players in your area and maybe hook up with a local group. This benefits in 2 ways:
1. You dont have to buy the game
2. You will network with like-minded people who will encourage you to take action.Hmmm, sounds so good I might take my own advice!
Hope this helps, all the best on the journey.
Josh
Thanks guys for your help!!!!
I’ve heard people adding clauses such as “subject to approval from partner” or “subject to finding finance suitable to the purchaser”.
Are these usually enough to get you out of any problematic situations?
Many thanks,
JoshThankyou all for your posts!!!
