I did Steve McKnight’s 12 month RESULTS Program. The Renovation Toolbox was created by one of the two coaches of RESULTS. It contains renovating dvd’s, project management templates and checklists similar to some of Cherie Barber’s Renovate for Profit. I didn’t use it because it’s tough to find profitable renovation projects on the Gold Coast, so I have started in new developments.
There are some free resources on Cherie Barber’s website you should definitely look at. You can’t get the sort of detailed resources in the Renovation Toolbox, or Cherie Barber’s course anywhere for free that I know of. They have come about from years of experience from these experts, and are worth every penny.
The Renovation Toolbox is an excellent start if you can’t afford to do one of the large courses yet. It would certainly help you to learn where to spend money, and where not to, on a renovation to maximise your profit.
