Ok, i get it. Your loacl council should be able to provide you with information as to when the residence was constructed, whether or not any improvements have council approval & the date.
The VGO also keeps record of the year of construction, however info from the council is free, VGO you have to pay.

Yes, I do believe you are able to access your super funds. However, you will need to first demonstrate a certain degree of financial hardship (which, knowing how strict the superannuation laws are, will probably mean being on the verge of bankruptcy!)

I use POSH. It’s quite good – but has it’s limitations though. Most off the shelf software does. If you spend some time setting up some spreadsheets in excel, that would probably serve you just as well.
I’ve always asked for a copy of the valuation – & got it!!! They always state that it is not their usual practice to hand it out – but I’ve always managed to get a copy anyway…..
